Terms of service
The platform, your business, and our responsibilities.
1. Who these terms cover
These terms describe the agreement between Anywhoo Labs LLC (“we,” “us”) and the business using anycloud (“you”). You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and authorized to act for that business. These terms and any purchase agreement govern your subscription.
2. The platform and your responsibilities
anycloud brings software creation, app hosting, data, and access management together on hardware you provide. You are responsible for your hardware, electricity, internet connection, domains, connected accounts, and the people you authorize. Keep credentials secure and review access when team members leave.
3. Your apps and business data
You retain your rights in the materials and business data you bring to anycloud. We do not claim ownership of your business data or apps merely because you use the platform. Generated work may include third-party or open-source components with their own licenses, and AI output may not be unique. The anycloud platform, branding, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Review before you publish
AI-generated software can contain errors. Review and test your apps, access settings, and integrations before using them with customers or important business data. You decide when to publish. You are responsible for the products, services, content, privacy notices, and customer obligations associated with apps you operate.
5. Connected services and payments
AI providers, Cloudflare, identity providers, payment processors, and other services you connect operate under their own terms and policies. Their availability and fees are separate from anycloud. If you build a checkout experience, you remain the seller and are responsible for your payment-provider account, taxes, fulfillment, refunds, and disputes. anycloud is not the merchant of record for your customer transactions.
6. Price and subscription terms
The standard subscription price for anycloud home, the license you run on your own hardware, is $999.99 per year for one license, which activates one box. The first 25 customers pay the Founders Edition price of $499 per year. Hardware, AI usage, domains, internet, and other third-party charges are separate. You buy a license after signing in with Google; Stripe processes the payment. The subscription renews each year at the price you subscribed at until you cancel it from “Manage billing” on your account page.
The anycloud software checks its license with our server during setup and periodically afterwards. If a check fails, for example because the subscription ended, the license was moved to another box, or the box cannot reach our server, the anycloud console locks until a valid license is confirmed. Apps you already published keep running. The checkout page shows the applicable price and taxes before payment.
6a. anycloud hosted
anycloud hosted stores your workspace data in the United States only. Connected services, including your AI provider, process data under their own terms and location policies. Hosted availability is shown on the pricing page before you sign in to purchase.
The base plan is $69.99 per month and includes 3 projects. Additional projects are $15 per project per month; the always-on add-on is $9 per project per month. Add-ons are optional and charged only when you purchase them. The base subscription and purchased add-ons renew monthly until canceled. Checkout or the billing confirmation shows the recurring charges, applicable taxes, and any prorated charge before you confirm a purchase or change. Manage cancellation through “Manage billing” on your account page. AI is not included: it runs on your own ChatGPT or Claude plan or API key, billed by the provider. Domain charges are separate.
If a payment fails or the subscription is canceled, your hosted workspace keeps working for 14 days. If it is not renewed by then, the console is locked; published apps keep running. A locked workspace can still export its workspace records from the export link on your account page. 30 days after the lock, the workspace, its projects and their data are permanently deleted. Renewing before deletion unlocks it.
Your hosted cloud takes a backup every night on the same server: each project’s database and the files its apps store, and your workspace’s AI conversations. By default it keeps one a day for 7 days and one a week for 4 weeks. Owners and admins can restore a project snapshot into a separate copy and then make that copy the live data. Off-site copies are not included yet, so a failure of that server can lose both your data and its backups. Keep independent copies of data you need to retain; each workspace can be exported from your account page. Hosted data can be lost, and we cannot promise to recover it.
Hosted plans include private apps that only the people you choose can open, as well as public apps on your own domain. Sign-ins to your hosted cloud end after 30 days without use, and at the latest 90 days after you sign in; then you sign in again. Invitation links to your workspace work once and are valid for 30 days by default (owners and admins can choose 7, 30 or 90 days); an owner or admin can reissue or extend a link.
anycloud hosted currently runs in one cell (one hosting installation). There is no uptime commitment or service-level agreement while there is one cell. Maintenance and failures can interrupt access. Replacing separate subscriptions may offer savings; savings are not guaranteed.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use anycloud to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, commit fraud, obtain unauthorized access, or interfere with other systems. Only submit data and materials you have the right to use. You are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to your business and customers.
8. Availability and data protection
Availability depends on your machine, network, connected services, and software configuration. No uninterrupted operation, specific revenue outcome, or error-free AI output is promised. Backups kept on the same machine help undo mistakes but do not protect against losing that machine or its disk. You are responsible for your continuity and data-protection arrangements; off-site backup and guaranteed recovery are not included.
9. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The liability limit is the fees paid to Anywhoo Labs LLC for anycloud during the twelve months before a claim, excluding liability that cannot legally be limited. These provisions do not remove mandatory rights.
10. Ending use and changes
You may stop using the website at any time. Subscription cancellation, access after expiry, and any suspension process are governed by the purchase terms. Material changes to these terms will carry an updated effective date and any notice required by law.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Colorado law, subject to rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive. For questions about anycloud or these terms, contact Anywhoo Labs LLC at [email protected].
